From referral relationships to deep co-delivery and reseller partnerships across our products. Pick the model that fits your firm and your client base - or design a hybrid with us.

- 01

  • + Quarterly referral program briefings
  • + Co-branded marketing collateral on request
  • + Direct line to a partner-team contact
What we expect
  • + Warm introductions, not cold contact lists
  • + Honest framing - we sell ourselves on the call
  • + One referral program briefing per quarter
Most common
- 02

Co-delivery partner

For specialist firms that bring complementary capability - cyber, third-party risk, regional delivery, technology, or research. Joint engagement teams, joint client relationships, joint accountability.
What you get
  • + Named partner status across our marketing and proposals
  • + Shared revenue on joint engagements
  • + Access to RiskBridge, MaturityOne, and Wahid AI for client work
  • + Joint go-to-market planning per region
  • + Cross-team knowledge sharing and capability building
What we expect
  • + Demonstrated specialist capability we cannot replicate internally
  • + Shared standards on quality, ethics, and client communication
  • + Reciprocal referrals where natural fit exists
- 03

Reseller partner

For technology resellers, GRC implementation firms, and regional partners who want to resell RiskBridge, MaturityOne, or Wahid AI with their own implementation services wrapped around it.
What you get
  • + Reseller margin on platform licenses
  • + Implementation enablement and certification
  • + Technical support for your delivery teams
  • + Co-branded sales material per market
  • + Regional exclusivity on negotiation (case-by-case)

05 - Knowledge for Good

Partners contribute to our giving-back work.

A shared commitment

Partners join the Knowledge for Good program.

Partnership with us means joining the K4G program. Our partners contribute to free practitioner training, mentoring, and certification funding for not-for-profits, early-career professionals, and underserved regions across Pakistan, Vietnam, and Australia.

Canda Consulting is the primary K4G delivery partner in Vietnam, contributing translated frameworks and on-the-ground program delivery. Other partners contribute mentoring, content, and operational support.

06 - What we look for

The kind of partners we partner with.

We are deliberately selective about partnerships. We would rather work with a small number of high-quality partners deeply than with many partners superficially.

- 01

Practitioner depth

You have done the work yourselves - not just advised on it. Hands-on delivery experience that complements our own. We hire experience over theory; we partner the same way.
- 02

Shared standards

Same quality bar, same ethics on client communication, same commitment to honesty over upselling. We have walked away from partnerships that did not match.
- 03

Complementary capability

You bring something we cannot easily replicate internally - deep domain specialism, regional reach, technology delivery, or research depth. We do not want partners who duplicate what we already do well.
- 04

Long-term thinking

We invest in partner relationships over years, not quarters. We want partners who think the same way - willing to build joint capability, joint accounts, and joint reputation over time. No transactional referral mills.
07 - How partnership works

Direct, simple, no boilerplate.

01
Within 1 business day

Email us at partners@effectiverm.com

Tell us about your firm, your delivery experience, your client base, and the partnership model that interests you. A real person reads every inbound - no bots, no SDRs.
02
Within a week

30-minute exploratory conversation

A direct conversation with our founder - not a sales team or BDR. We discuss fit, capability overlap, target clients, and whether a partnership makes sense for both sides.
03
Within 2-4 weeks

Trial engagement

If there is a fit, we structure a small trial engagement - a single referral, joint pursuit, or implementation pilot. Both sides see how the working relationship performs in practice before committing further.
04
Ongoing

Formalised partnership

If the trial works, we formalise. Lightweight partnership agreement covering commercial terms, IP, joint marketing, and partner enablement. Quarterly reviews, annual planning, no boilerplate clauses.
